Nova Agency is a community- based organization that provides emergency response
services to businesses, governments, and individuals throughout Florida & North Carolina.
Nova Agency was founded by law enforcement officers in 1990, and has over twenty years
experience in the security , law enforcement, and emergency medical services industry.
Nova Agency Operations and Dispatch Center is among the best in the private industry.
Utilizing computer aided dispatch systems, GPS, and Field Operations, Nova Agency
responds to Calls for Assistance, Criminal / Civil Complaints and Welfare Checks.
Our basic fundamentals consist of Safety, Protection, and Security. These fundamentals
represent the core of our operations, and are the key essentials of our programs. You will
find these fundamentals in every aspect of our operations, and in every member of our
team that you encounter.
