protect and serve. The Program / Service innovations are included at no additional cost.



                                PROGRAM / SERVICE INNOVATIONS

  • Nova Agency will develop and manage your communities Crime Prevention /   
             Community Crime Watch Program
  • Free Alarm Response for sales / leasing office
  • Unlimited ( will not count against your allotted patrols ) response to calls for  
             assistance placed to our Operations / Dispatch Center during Shift Hours.
  • Enforcement of your community's policies and procedures to include
              loitering / prowling policies, parking violations, noise ordinance and
              disorderly intoxication policy
  • Detailed Daily Activity Reports indicating time of arrival, incidents /
              violations encountered and outcome
  • Random check of vacant units / and storage containers
  • Random check of locations of concern ( High Traffic Areas )
  • Patrol officers will document any Security / Safety concerns noted during their
              shift to include damaged / burnt out lights, damaged fence line, open vacant unit
              dark ares of community, and missing locks.
