As of August 11, 2011 Nova Agency Company Police is a fully operational private
law enforcement agency within Wake County North Carolina in accordance with
the Company Police Act found in Chapter 74E of the North Carolina General
Statutes. Our certification is issued under the authority of the North Carolina
Department of Justice.
Vision Statement
Nova Agency Company police is committed to providing the highest quality private law
enforcement services to the people who live, work and visit our Communities. We will
constantly evaluate and improve our efforts to enhance public safety with the goal of improving
the quality of life within Wake County, while at the same time maintaining respect for
individual rights and human dignity.
Mission Statement
The Mission of Nova Agency Company Police is to safeguard life and property, preserve the
peace, prevent and detect crime, enforce the law, protect the rights of all citizens, promote
individual responsibility and community commitment. We are committed to working in
partnership with the community to identify and resolve issues that impact public safety.
